IBC November 12 minutes
We met at Salem Methodist Church with 12 present.
Sue wished happy birthday to Paula, Kathy and Sharon.
$606.71 reported in treasury by Paul. He ordered flowers for Johnnie.(they were beautiful).
There was discussion on State business. IBC is in charge of raffle.
There was a motion to meet at church for next 6 months. Then revisit the motion.
Sign up sheet for next year passed by Sharon. Pat, Suggested have a bug of the month show n tell. Each person has different bug button and tells about it.
Sharon had informative program on full moons that coincides with award #9 for 26. Show. She had many examples.
In Margaret's absense Sue reported the Christmas party will be at McAllister's. On 86th across street from keystone at the crossing. 8487 Union Chapel road. Indianapolis 46240. RSVP to Margaret. Bring raffles prizes, button exchange, if want to participate. We had show n tell and raffle.

 October IBC minutes

The Club met at the Shrine club, downtown with 14 present.  Sue opened meeting wishing Happy birthdays to Sue, Linda and Ruth.  Thanks to Dawn as hostess, with a Halloween theme.  
Paul reported $549.71 in treasury.  Paula had info cards for Indiana spring 26 show.
Sue had cards on domestic violence and breast cancer awareness month.
Pat had an Informative program on overall buttons.  She had slides and buttons.  
The November meeting is at Salem Methodist Church, 6701 S 775 E .  Zionsville

Johnnie Campbell passed away on October 11.  Service is November 15 at Leppert mortuary  Carmel . 1-2pm  visitation with service at 2pm.

There was a review of National by Paula and Paul and others brought buttons they bought.
The picnic is next month, sign up.
We ate at MCL had show n tell and raffle.

IBC minutes June 11
We met at church with 15 present, one guest, Russa. Sue opened meeting. Happy Birthday to Sue Hudson.
Thanks to CHEF Paul, our hostess, for providing a delicious picnic lunch. And decorations.
Paul reported $493.30 in treasury. He bought new card stock.
No old business
National Show June deadline to sign up for volunteers hotel room etc. If you have donations for national bring to July meeting for Paul to take.
Paula had the program on Celebration of summer. She had slides and buttons of many hobbies and events during summer.
We had show n tell and raffle.
