December IBC minutes
13 of us met at Union Chapel for our pitch-in Christmas party. Margaret was hostess, she got chicken and fruit salad paid for by the club.
Sue wished Happy Birthdays to Saundra and Carol.
I read Nov. minutes which were approved. Margaret reported $854.13 in treasury.
Ways n means money will go to Little Sisters of the Poor/per Margaret.
Dues of $5 due now.
Show business: entry fee will be $5. Ad in Country register Jan-February and March-April. With a letter in M/A which Margaret will write. Sharon making postcards to mail or put in businesses. She needs 2017 award request.
We will make die cut purse ladies cards to sell at Show.
We played a game to exchange our buttons, funny and confusing.
We had the big ways n means which made $104.

IBC Minutes November 11,2015

> The club met at Union Chapel with 16 present. Thanks to Russa, our hostess, for the candy bags and button and cake. Sue opened meeting wishing Happy Birthdays to Sharon, Kathy, Paula and Pat W. The club will make a donation of $50 in memory of Susie Yost to cerebral palsy. Margaret reported $831.12 in treasury. If you want cards or sleeves call Margaret and she will bring to next meeting. Sue appointed nominating committee of Johnnie and Carol. Officers were asked to remain the same, all agreed. No volunteers.
> Show business: Sharon is working on advertising. Paula said Hotel will not charge for room Thursday so will open show room 4p-6p. Discussed checking in trays Thursday night. Maybe. 6 dealers as of now. Hours discussed Thursday dealer setup at noon. Room open 4-6.. Tray check in 5:30p-6:30.. Friday tray check- in 8-8:30a. 9a judging show room open 1p-5p. Reception 5:30p-7. $35.. Bingo 7-9 bring $5 button to play. Saturday 9-3. Raffle drawing at 2:45p. Meal reservations will be sent to Paula. Everyone is expected to help. Russa brought buttons to sell in lieu of a program.

Elizabeth Craig is selling Beth kerns button collection nov 13-14, 10-4 at her home. Joyce had the program making a button bracelet.
> We need to discuss 2016 Show details and what we have to spend. We are to come up with ideas for the die cut from the button lady at last show. Nat'l dues are due.

Sue wished happy birthdays to Johnnie, Deann, Margaret and Nina
Margaret reported $801.13 in treasury.
Linda reported on Bernies place on e 75 Th a cooking school  for possible meeting.
Paula had the program on favorite buttons.  She had cards of favorite buttons of members of her family and of former members with pictures.  We each brought a favorite card.

Indianapolis Button Club Minutes August 12, 2015
The Club met at Union Chapel Church with 16 present. There were two guest, Marsha Frink and Brent Biddle, Cynthia,s friend. Thanks to Sue Hudson the hostess, bringing dessert and candy.
Jan Stimpson is in hospital has pneumonia. Kindred rehab at 10th and White river rm 102 ph. 6364200.
Margaret reported $821.13 in treasury. she also brought cards for sale. I read minutes from July. no corrections. We voted to meet at the Church Sept thru December. There will be a $1 donation from each person each meeting, Plus difference to make $20 from our funds to give to Church. Sue brought some of Zelmas buttons for sale.
Pat Cooper had the program on "A Button Love Story" a fun and interesting story of a soldier and his love. She had slides and pictures and even the soldiers jacket with buttons with the initial of his love on them.
We had raffle and show and tell.

Indianapolis Button Club Minutes July 8, 2015
The Club met at Georges Restaurant with 16 present. We had one quest Kathy McFarland.
June minutes read and approved. Margaret reported $803.25 in treasury. August 12 we will meet at Georges unless someone comes up with a better place. Pat Cooper will have the program on "A Button Love Story". Pat is hostess. Call Pat if you find a good location for meeting.
Paula has sent to National the info for 2016 Show. She is checking if can be open on Thursday with no extra room charge. Also the dealers wanted more hours.
Sharon sent in to Nat'l all info what spent towards Grant.
Sharon and Sue stopped in Frankfort on way to see Susie. Pearl Myers is selling her buttons, call her at 765-654-5696 if interested in buying. She wants to sell by the card.
Nina had the program on borders. We had study sheets and referred to National March 2015 issue. She passed around examples.
We had the raffle.

Indianapolis Buton Club Picnic June 10, 2015
Nineteen met at Sues for the picnic. we had a brief meeting. next month at Georges with Nina as hostess and program on borders. Bring your border sheets and March 2015 National Bulletin and any buttons with borders. Sue will check on room. I read minutes and M reported approx $815 in treasury. We discussed all the entries for 2016 and some were changed.

IBC Minutes May 13, 2015
Twenty people met at my house for the meeting and lunch. Sue opened the meeting. Sharon reported her mom is doing well and house may be sold. Bob at 92 is not as well. Margaret reported $796.75 in treasury. April minutes read. Sharon & Cynthia are working on tax exemption. Paula will sign agreement with Wyndom on Thursday and give deposit. 2016 show will be March 10,11,12. Someone suggested when we see new members listed in bulletin. we might want to send a card. ( by WE do you mean ME?)?? There are 24 show bookmarks left, what we made is not listed in finance report. Sue closed the meeting. Johnnie had the program on black glass, sorry I didn't get to see all of it. ( in the kitchen). Sue thanked me for hosting and Johnnie for the program.

Indianapolis Button Club Minutes Feb. 11, 2015
We met at Georges Restaurant with 13 present. Thanks to Sharon our hostess. Through the Meetup.com group we have a new member Brenda Alexander, and may have 2 more from meetup in future.
Margaret reported $737.75 in treasury.
We discussed and questioned our competition buttons.
Next year will be our 75th year. The 2016 Show Theme will be "75th Button Jubilee"
We gave Sharon 2016 entry ideas.
We had show n tell and the raffle.

There is no meeting in March. The State Show is March 13 and 14 at the Radisson at old airport, 2500 High School Rd. Friday 1pm-5p, Saturday 9-3. $3 admission. 15 vendors.

INDIANAPOLIS BUTTON CLUB MINUTES JANUARY 14, 2015
We met at the Red Lobster with 16 present. Thanks to Pat Cooper our hostess.
Sue opened the meeting, Happy January Birthdays to Cynthia and Peggy.
Margaret reported $693.75 in treasury. She sent $150 to Little Sisters of the Poor for our Christmas donation. She received back a personnel Thank You from the head Sister.
I read minutes from December.
Sharon passed out the new membership , program books.
Sharon started a new Meetup group. go to meetup.com and search Indy Vintage/collectible clothing buttons and sign up.
State Business; Sharon passed out more postcards for us to take to different places. ad in Country Register for 2 times with possible article, May be interview on Fox. will have press releases. social media, The bookmarks are being printed. will be for sale for $3 each. 16 dealers have signed up for Show.
Next Year will be our 75th year.
Pat Cooper had the program about the Life of mussels to pearl buttons. she had slides, pictures and examples.
