There will be no cookies next year.

We discussed paying the Show Chair room for 3 nights.  We will remain only paying for Thursday night.   We cannot afford to pay for all 3 nights.

We reinstated the prepay to President, Show Chairman, Treasurer and Editor  funds to be used for show related business.   Julia will come up with budget of how much can be spent.

We decided there is no point to have the President's reception.  We will do without next year.    The President will serve a dessert at the Program-State meeting.

Election of officers will be next year and the nominating committee is Johnnie Campbell and Sandy Leeds.

Everyone will be expected to help at the Show and not just shop   There will be signup sheets when check in.

Pat will still be in charge of the racks.

Julia made the motion to adjourn.
