IBC minutes February 12, 2025
The club met at Union chapel with 13 present. No birthdays.
Kathy had shoulder surgery. And Dawn in heart hospital.
Sue opened the meeting.
Paul reported $793.24 in treasury. He looked for a deal on sleeves and will get 300 for $285 from Lisa Schultz. Voted for by members.
Paula reminded us to pay for state dues $20. Volunteer signup on google.
Friday night games. Paula needs Indiana basket items by March 1. For show raffle. Call her.
Thanks to Sue N. our hostess. She brought festive valentine treats. And crocheted hearts.
Sue n had the program on swan buttons, she had many examples and info.
National president, Vicky mctavish's husband passed away.
We ate had show n tell and the raffle.

No meeting in March due to State Show 13 to 15th. Brown county inn, Nashville, IN.

9 members and one guest met at Union chapel. Due to snow earlier in week, attendance was down.
Sue opened the meeting. Happy Birthday to Cynthia
Katherine was hostess bringing Taylor's bakery cake and candy bag.
Paul reported $761.24 in treasury. I read minutes from December
$150 sent to Sheltering Wings shelter, Paul received thank you card.
Sharon passed the 2026 preliminary awards list. Theme is "Life liberty and pursuit of buttons. Sharon passed out new Club calendar.
There was a State board meeting. NBS has new web site designer.
Sharon had the program on imitation fabric. She had many examples. It will be an 2026 IN award and national award.
WRBA.US is disbanding, site will be free until ends. Lots of good information. New site worldbuttonasscociation.org. Have to be member $15

We met at George's for our Christmas party , 16 present, 2 husbands 14 members
Sue opened meeting. News on those not present, Paula has severe back pain. Linda has Church meeting, Cynthia moving client . Sharon B doesn't drive anymore, heart problems. No word from Marsha, Peggy .
Barbara and Margaret were hostesses.
$754.24 in treasury.
Signup for 2025 programs. Sharon needs awards for 2026.
Margaret volunteered to be vice president since the passing of Nina. Other offices remain same. Sue, president Paul,treasurer, Barbara secretary
Pay IBC dues $5, State dues $20.
Our monies today will be donated to Hendricks county women's shelter.

Subject: IBC November 13 minutes
11 met at Union Chapel Church. Sue welcomed all. Happy birthday,s to Sharon, Paula and Kathy. Paul was the hostess and brought a festive spread of fall goodies.
Dawn had surgery and is recuperating at home.
The October sale was successful . $712 made on Mary's buttons.
Paul reported $720.24 in treasury. He has new cards
Sharon said to make motel reservations for March show. And to turn in 2026 awards.
Christmas lunch Dec. 11 George's grill. RSVP to Barbara
It was suggested to give our Christmas donation to Hendricks co women's shelter.
Paula is taking dues for State $20, and Paul for Indianapolis button club $5.
Paula had an interesting program on turkeys and being thankful. She had lots of turkeys, and some little known facts.
Button Box to be out by November 20 per Sharon by way of Pat.
We ate had show n tell and the raffle.
